Location, location, location! Just mere steps from the slopes at RED Resort, enjoy your new home away from home with this affordable 2 bedroom condo 'downtown' Red Resort. It is perfect for a group of up to six and offers you a comfortable open concept living and dining area for visiting and entertaining. You can walk out the patio doors for an evening stroll or a short walk to the lifts or ski in on the whoopty-do trail!.
This 2 bedroom condo is not to be missed! Open concept kitchen, living and a dining table for 4, plus 3 at the bar. Cozy living room with smart TV and gas fireplace, opening on to an enormous deck to take in the sunset or pick your line down Red with your morning coffee. Upstairs you'll find 2 large bedrooms, the master with a king bed, workspace if needed and ensuite bath with large shower. 2nd bedroom has a single over double bunk and 3 pc ensuite with shower. Insuite laundry, sofa bed in living room, 1 covered parking space. Sorry, no pets.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE ...
This will be require an Occupancy Agreement to be signed by Guests and an additional Property Condition Guarantee will be required to be paid, at the time of booking, by e-transfer or credit card (60% of monthly rental rate). Additional pet deposit required for pet friendly properties (approval required).
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
