Downstairs, there is a large entry for all your boots, jackets and ski’s, plenty of storage, private laundry, a 3 piece bath with a shower and a bedroom with 2 double beds and a TV. The main floor is open concept so you’re still part of the party when you’re cooking. Seating for all with a 6 seat dining table, a 4 seat breakfast nook and some bar seats on the island. Large living room with lots of comfy seating to play games, catch up with friends or catch a movie. Three decks and patio on either side of the house so you can get sunshine no matter where it is. Private hot tub off the back patio. On the top floor, you’ll find a very generous master that has a queen bed, vaulted ceilings, 3 piece ensuite with soaker tub and its own private deck to sip your coffee in peace. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with another private deck and the 4th bedroom has 2 double beds. MINIMUM STAY POLICY 4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection. Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property. FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE ... This will be require an Occupancy Agreement to be signed by Guests and an addition Property Condition Guarantee will be required to be paid, at the time of booking, by e-transfer or credit card (60% of monthly rental rate).
